Founded in 2018 by Chef Kenji Nakamura, Nori Noodle Works began as a dream to bring authentic Japanese ramen culture to our community. After training for over a decade in Tokyo's most revered ramen shops, Chef Kenji returned with a mission: to create bowls that honor tradition while embracing local flavors.
Every morning at 4 AM, our team begins the 18-hour process of crafting our signature broths. We believe that great ramen isn't just food—it's a meditation on patience, precision, and the profound satisfaction that comes from a bowl made with genuine care.
